I have had an appointment for a tooth extraction for 2 months (soonest they had available). They had my info already phone number, insurance etc from the referral and from.whwn I made the appointment over the phone. Today 1 hour before I was supposed to leave for my appointment she calls and tells me it was canceled because they didn't have my patient registration form. I advised her that my mother had passed away unexpectedly and I had not been checking my emails but I had filled it out this morning at 6am plenty of time to check insurance I know cause I did it for years as a front office clerk. I asked why I had not been called she had no excuse for that. She had no sympathy for me the client nor the time she wasted as I took work off and had a driver for the appt. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, this office is very unprofessional and not courteous to the client.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. She was very anxious about the procedure but the whole staff made her feel very comfortable. The doctor explained the procedure to her in a way that was informative and really helped calm her worries. Everything went perfectly!

Dr. Deragopian is an excellent, competent and skilled oral surgeon. He is very kind and sensitive to the needs of his patients as he explains everything and puts the patient at ease. He is also honest and ethical. In my case, the insurance paid more than anticipated, so I paid a higher co-pay than was actually due. I would have never known had I not received a prompt refund in the mail from Dr. Deragopian’s office, explaining that I over paid on my portion.
