Here at Brentwood Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and education to each and every patient, and treat them with the compassion we would have with our own family. We believe that through educating our patients about their options they can make informed decisions about their treatment. Each team member has taken immense pride in what they do and have continued their education in Basic Life Support (BLS). We are dedicated to staying up to date on all aspects of oral & maxillofacial surgery advancements.

Surgical Team
Our surgical staff goes through extensive training to meet our standard of care. Our team consists of caring and dedicated professionals who want to ensure that each and every patient is treated as though they are our own family. Our surgical team is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant (OMSA), allowing them to provide and promote safe standards for supportive dental anesthesia care.

From your initial phone call where you will encounter our experienced front office team who strive to ensure that our patients are treated with the utmost care. They will navigate you through our scheduling process and prepare you for your initial consultation, where you will meet with the doctor and assistants to discuss your treatment options.
Amy – New Patient Concierge & Scheduling Coordinator
As the New Patient Concierge, Amy is the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them through the initial steps of their journey with our practice. She ensures a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment a patient calls, providing essential information, scheduling appointments, and addressing any questions or concerns. Amy works closely with patients to make sure they feel comfortable, informed, and prepared for their first visit.
Amy has been in the dental field for 35 years, with 30 of those years spent in oral surgery. Her wealth of experience allows her to provide exceptional care and assistance to both new and existing patients.
In her role as Scheduling Coordinator, Amy manages the scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. She collaborates with patients to find convenient appointment times, coordinates with the clinical team to optimize the schedule, and provides timely reminders and follow-up communication. Amy is dedicated to making the scheduling process seamless, helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their care.
Away from the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, and her pets. She loves walks, hikes, and visiting the beach, making the most of her time outdoors.
Jenece ~ Front Office Concierge & Treatment Coordinator
As our Treatment Coordinator and Front Office Concierge, Janece is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both new and returning patients upon entry to the office. She ensures a seamless process by aligning each patient’s interdisciplinary treatment plan with the services delivered at every appointment. Janece works closely with her colleagues in the practice and with referring offices to support both the goals of the practice and the specific needs of each patient. Additionally, she plays a key role in managing the front office operations, welcoming patients, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Janece has over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career in General Dentistry in Discovery Bay as an RDA and later transitioned to an administrative role. She joined the Brentwood Oral Surgery team in 2019, where she has brought her wealth of experience to both patient care and office management.
A Bay Area native, Janece has lived in Brentwood for 32 years. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult sons, and two grandchildren. You can often find her walking around town or out on the Delta paddle boarding.
Tina ~ Treatment Coordinator
As our Treatment Coordinator, Tina brings remarkable dedication to managing complex cases that require more than the standard coordination, ensuring an exceptional experience for patients while maintaining alignment between each patient’s interdisciplinary treatment plan and the services provided at every appointment. She works closely with her colleagues in the practice and with referring offices as needed to support both the goals of the practice and the specific needs of each patient. Additionally, Tina plays a key role in managing the schedule efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination of care and timely appointments.
Tina began her career in the medical field, training as a medical assistant at Boston Reed. She later transitioned into oral surgery, bringing over 13 years of experience in both oral surgery assisting and administrative roles to our practice.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her two adult sons, adult daughter, and teenage daughter. A native of Brentwood and a proud graduate of Liberty High School (Go Lions!), Tina loves taking road trips to the beach with her kids or visiting them. When she’s not on the road, you can find her enjoying some quiet time to relax or spending time with friends.
Heather ~ Insurance Coordinator
As our Insurance Coordinator, Heather serves as a dedicated patient advocate, bridging the gap between our dental practice and your dental benefits company. She takes pride in thoroughly understanding each patient’s plan and maximizing their benefits, with expertise in both dental and medical insurance.
Heather’s journey in the dental field began at Western Career College, where she earned her training as a dental assistant, later becoming a licensed Registered Dental Assistant. She furthered her education by earning certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Assisting. Heather’s primary goal is to educate you about your dental benefits, answer any questions you may have about your procedures, and ensure you feel fully prepared for your upcoming treatments.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog; Princess, exploring the stunning Oregon coast. Whether they’re hiking to hidden waterfalls, taking scenic beach walks, camping with friends on the river or witnessing the power of epic king tides on coastal cliffs, Heather and her husband embrace all the beauty Oregon has to offer. On stormy days, they love working on home projects or enjoying a Netflix binge with some quality puzzle time.
