Terrible! Awful! Having a tooth removed. Lucky I had such a competent oral surgeon and great staff. Now I’m not recommending you have a tooth pulled, but if it’s cracked, and infected, and must be removed and you want it done with minimal or no pain, then here’s the place to go (Brentwood Oral Surgery & Dental Implants). But be warned, when you look under your pillow the next day, the tooth fairy will leave a bill for all the coins you left your kids. Nothing in life is free, you do have to pay for quality.

This was the STRANGEST experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I truly do not know where to start.. First, the office set up was off putting. You walk in, receptionist desk, then the doctor's desk is visible..The front desk people were not very polite. The doctor extracted my tooth & proceeded to put the implant in on the same day, which I have found out is not the best choice to do both on the same day. Second, there are no private rooms in this office, only curtains separating patients. I was getting an extraction next to someone else getting an extraction, with basically no privacy.. Third, in the middle of my appointment, with instruments in my mouth, the front desk demanded payment.! I wasn't even done with my visit & the office manager was demanding payment, MID-SERVICE! To make matters worse, they did not finish the entire procedure. The amount they wanted to charge me wasn't even correct due to the fact the service was incomplete at this time..! Just a bizzare experience. Can't believe my dentist recommend this practice. I will not be back. Found a new oral surgeon with polite office people, and a normal office that has private rooms with doors. The staff at the new oral surgeons took payment AFTER the procedure was performed..live & learn!
