The care that these wonderful people give is genuine and one of a kind. I've never experienced this kind of care from any dentist, I've always been scared and never wanted to go to the dentist. Until now this wonderful oral surgeon and his wonderful team changed my mind after 35 years on what I felt about all dentist. I went in there with an abscessed tooth in the most pain I've ever been in my whole life. From the moment I walked in Janece the lady at the front desk was very compassionate about my situation that automatically made me feel comfortable as as comfortable as I could be in my state but you can tell she really cared and was concerned and because she knew I was really scared of needles she put this numbing cream on my hand so I wouldn't feel the pope very much I thought that was very thoughtful. When I get called to the back to get ready for my oral surgery I was terrified but the team in the back was also very compassionate and mindful of my feelings and how scared I was. Michelle was one of my dental assistants her one-on-one care is unimaginable she made me feel so safe and calm I thought I was part of the family she told me everything she was doing before she did it and while she was doing it Jen was also part of that wonderful team she was the one who reminded me that it was going to be okay and I'm going to feel a lot better once the doctor is done she's very informative and was also very compassionate about my situation. Even the women that weren't on my surgery were very nice and talk to me to try to calm me down. Once the doctor was ready the first thing he said to me is I'm here to relieve all your pain so when you wake up you will not feel that pain anymore I thought to myself yeah right. So he proceeds to put in an IV and he talked to me and told me everything he was doing every step of the way until all of a sudden it was done and I didn't feel a thing that was amazing and at the same time I had Michelle and my girlfriend and Jen standing around me for moral support I thought that was so awesome I felt completely safe and loved and cared for 100%. So by the time I knew it I was waking up and that pain was 100% gone like the doctor said it would be and Michelle was right there by my side the whole time until I woke up. It's a breath of fresh air to actually have a group of people in this field keep everything real and true and everything they did to me turned out better than what they even said. 100% I will recommend them to anybody on this planet they are the best and I mean that wholeheartedly and by experience you don't get any better than these wonderful people and what they do everyday I can't think you guys enough for giving me the best experience I've ever had at a dental place keep up the good work because it's one of a kind Best Care in California only because I haven't been at a state to a dentist.
