Thank you so much I got my wisdom teeth out and was terrified to do so but honestly everyone was super nice and it really was over before i knew it V was super sweet throughout the entire process 🙂

I was very impressed with the receptionist to the Dr. & Staff! I have anxiety & was having extractions of 2 Molars & Bone Graftsdone. I’m telling you, Viviana is above & Beyond a great assistant to Dr. Deragopian . I requested to have the Xray Shield Vest on during my procedure. (It helps to calm me) She put it on me & talked to me & calmed me down. How wonderful was that! Dr. Deragopian talked to me on everything he was doing at the time.

I needed to have an old crown and it's molar taken out... My dentist had told me the bone the molar was attached to had degenerated causing a gap to open between the molar and the gum. As food particles lodged there,, eventually it caused me pain. I wanted an oral surgeon to take out the molar.. I'd heard to many stories of "dentist" starting the process, and then having an issue which would result in the patient having to be sent to an oral surgeon to finish the procedure. This is why I opted to NOT have my dentist pull the molar. I did not get a referral from my dentist to an oral surgeon... BUT,, my daughter Lacrechia, known as Tina at work.. works in this office. I told her my problem and she got an appointment for me to see the Doc. she works for. Lots of forms to fill out... but Lacrechia (Tina) emailed me the forms,, I filled them out online, sent them back to Tina and she took care of the rest. Eventually getting me in to be seen for an evaluation on Tuesday. I'd told Lacrechia , (Tina) about my pain on Monday. Early Tuesday Tina called and told me someone had cancelled their appointment, and I could take that appointment. I went in expecting an evaluation,, but after the doctor seen me,, he asked if I wanted it taken out right then and there or wait till a Thursday appointment. I didn't want to go another day with pain... so I opted to get it done right then and there. Tina,, brought the additional paper work to where I was, had me fill it out, sign it, and then also brought the bill to me to pay. So as soon as the doctor and his assistant finished telling me how to care for my mouth in the following days. I thanked them and went home. From what I experienced,, from the administrative, X-Rays, the "bed side" manners, and the actual removal of my molar... I'd have to rate this entire experience with a 5 STAR rating.

I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. The entire process was quick, smooth, and way easier than I expected. The doctor was incredibly kind and made sure to walk me through everything, which really helped ease my nerves. Jennifer was also wonderful so sweet and supportive throughout the whole visit. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
